Rich Factorz custom items are made just for you! Please allow preordered items 2-4 weeks of processing time (not including weekends and holidays). Shipping times will vary based on selected shipping method at checkout.

Items that are in stock are premade. RichFactorz will already have these items on hand. After a premade order is placed please allow our team to process and ship it out within 1-3 business days.

Tracking numbers and a conformation number will be available and sent to the email or number that you put on file after placing an order.

All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS.

Please be aware that once your shipment is shipped, we are not liable for UPS or USPS deliveries. Since we are not shipping carriers, all problems with deliveries must be resolved directly with UPS or USPS. The shipping carrier holds the responsibility of tracking down and reclaiming packages in the event of a loss.
